Intro

Front Desk helps customers and companies come together. It is a mobile-first software solution for small businesses for scheduling, attendance, billing, marketing, and metrics, and much more.

Quality

As Senior Designer, I was directly responsible for the establishing the brand and associated style guide, creating and updating the website, and the content marketing strategy. Duties included: Â redesign of new product pages, nurture campaign, creation and a/b testing of sign-up pages, creation of multiple white papers, webinars, case studies, marketing related print materials, blog posts and banner ads.

I specifically got a chance to study the freshly redesigned website and quantitative data on visitation and conversion rates and optimizing the signup flow. By focusing on vertical-specific content, adding a faq on the pricing page, and implementing Front Desk’s online chat presence my team was able to increase signups by 35%.
